Aging Services Consultants

Aging Services Consultants provides care management services. If someone has hearing or visual problems, ASC can be the eyes and ears at medical appointments for their clients. They also provide medication management. Many people have several medications prescribed by several doctors and the doctors do not coordinate or know what each other is prescribing. ASC makes sure the doctors have current lists of all medications and works with pharmacists to assure that the medications prescribed are safe when being prescribed together. Aging Services Consultants also provides placement and referral services to independent living, assisted living, or memory care. That service is no cost to the client. They will complete a geriatric assessment and then determine the best fit for the client's needs. They will also continue to follow up to determine if their client is receiving the care that they need and will try to make sure they are happy with their placement.

Audrey Krebs is a certified senior advisor and is certified by the State as an Assisted Living Administrator as well as a Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP), with over 25 years of experience in aging services. She worked for both the State of CO and MN in aging services for over 20 years.
